I just got an eVGA 6600GT AGP card to tide me over for about 6 months. I installed it and the latest drivers and everything seems good. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't run very high settings in BF2 though, mostly all set to medium. Now my real question is that I downloaded Rivatuner and it is reporting my core clock as 299.25 MHz. I thought this card had a 500 MHz clock speed!? Does it throttle down at idle? I have plugged the power into a shared connector with a harddrive, could this be the problem? Thanks for the help!
