I just built a Mini-ITX system around a new ZOTAC NVIDIA ION board with the Atom 330 processor. Anyway, I have been trying to figure out whether not the built-in 9400M has all shared or some dedicated memory. NVIDIA Control Panel reports 512MB of dedicated memory while Everest 5.02 says 256MB dedicated with the ability to use another 256MB of system memory. Anyone know which one is correct or are they both wrong?

All boards with on-board Nvidia 8100/8200/8300/9300/9400 GPUs use only shared system memory, they don't have any dedicated memory.

I think what you are seeing is whether the memory allocation is fixed or dynamic, I'm not sure about this, but I think I read some on-board GPUs support dynamic allocation of shared memory based on how much is needed at any given point in time.
