Bought a 760 off newegg, and didn't get a voucher in the box for the holiday games. Do I send a copy of the invoice to Nvidia to get them or something?

I believe the bundle is no longer available for many cards as they were limited in quantity.

You may be able to get the codes by going through Newegg chat support.
 
the code on mine was stapled to the invoice, I nearly threw it out.
 
I had to contact amazon for mine when i bought my 780. They only emailed me the Batman one,
 
Got both Nvidia gift yesterday from Newegg, just make sure you're not chatting with Alexandria.
 
Had to jump through hoops to get my sons from tigerdirect . Chat, emails, finally bugged them enough and they e-mailed me the codes.
