nvidia GPU (turing) overclocking...

Hi,
I just got a new video card (1660 ti), and decided to play with overclocking a bit.
Most of the overclocking guides say to overclock the GPU in small 5-10 MHz increments.

But after playing with it a bit, I noticed that the clock always changes in 15 MHz increments.
After a bit of testing it seems that setting something other than these 15 MHz increments and it is the same as setting to the 15 MHz increment just BELOW what is set. So bumping the clock by 5 MHz at a time and one really is just testing the same clock 3 times.

For example, and overclock setting of 1845 to 1859 are all the same. The next clock above 1845 is 1860, then 1875, and so on.

And in checking factory overclocks, it seems that most are also on these 15 MHz increments.

So when overclocking, one should change the clock by 15 MHz or multiples of 15 MHz.

Hope this helps...
