nvidia faulty colour settings

i just upgraded from a 6850 to a gtx 670 and i am experiencing some problems i installed everything correctly but the colours on my monitor looks washed out. I tweaked with the nvidia settings and found colour setting that are okay but still not as good the ones preset on the amd panel :( Thats not my biggest problem the colour profiles reset back to default whenever i go into a game or restart. Any ideas for a fix any help would be a godsend(the card performs amazingly well its just the colour problems so thx in advance)
