nVidia driver question

I'm running Windows XP x64 and have the latest nVidia Geforce (I have 7800GT) drivers as of today. Everything seems to be running flawlessly. I have tested HL2 (Lost Coast) and it runs flawlessly with all bells and whistles turned on. In World of Warcraft however, the system freezes but only when using Transparent AA. Anyone experience a similar issue with other games crashing or know of a place where I can get a patched driver?

Also, any other information about people whom are currently using or having extensively tested Win x64? Thanks
