nVidia driver issues - Cyber cafe

I work in a cyber cafe with 38 computers. Battlefield 2 is installed on all the systems. Most of the computers have a GeForce FX5950 Ultra graphics card.

In order to get Battlefield 2 running properly without any graphics glitches, we have latest version, 77.72. Apparently, this driver 'conflicts' with Source (Counter-Strike or Half-Life), so people can't play Source games when the new drivers are installed (unable to set video-mode errors).

So my dilemma is this: in order for Battlefield 2 to work properly (as properly as it can, at least), Source will not. Valve's tech support says to roll back to 'the most recent non-conflicting drivers,' which happens to be version 71.89, which Battlefield 2 has problems with.

Is there any driver version out there that will work well with Battlefield 2, but not conflict with Source games?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try the 77.30s that come with BF2 in the install disc. I don't know if they muck up other games, but I'm running FarCry and Sims2 on my PC with no problems with the 77.30 drivers.

use the 77.50's from guru3d.com , works fine with all games ive played so far (juiced , cs , cs source , ut 2004 , guild wars , an bf 2)
