nvidia CP AO option

I see the AO option has 3 options

off
performance
quality

previously I had this as performance globally.
There is no aplication controlled option

So the question is if AO is set to OFF in the control panel (default) and a game enables it, which is applied? e.g. if I enable SSAO in DA:I.

if you turn it off it will override any game AO setting....

Turning it on enables AO in games that dont support it natively.

Turning it off leaves the game to control whether AO is used.
Off does not override the games settings.

ok thanks, so really it should be labelled as application controlled.

No reason for it to be labeled as such when what it's doing is forcing AO in games that don't feature it as a native effect. It's not like the Anisotropic Filtering option.
