does one have advantage over the other? it's awfully easier for me to overclock through myNVIDIA control panel, but should I be overclocking through my BIOS? I feel like i can find more options in the NVIDIA control panel.
I generally find a stable overclock using rivatuner, as well as a fan setup i like and then just program it into the bios of the card. This is just a personal preference though, no reason you can't just use control panel or rivatuner.
I do my testing with the nvidia control panel as far as voltages and FSB is concerned, and then once I find something that is prime stable, i restart to bios and hard code my settings. the ESA software is the greatest.
