Nvidia and Ati driver craziness

I have my FX5700le installed and working fine and I just got a radeon 7000 to add another monitor to my rig. Well I run driver cleaner and delete and nvidia driver and go download the newest drivers for both, It installs fine and detects them ok and they both work with monitors attached. So I reboot it it pops up on the radeon instead of the fx5700le and I go to check the settings on the video cards and it pops up with this and neither of the nvidia cards show up in the list:

Anybody know why it does this or if there is a fix?
