how to tell if a laptop has the 64bit version or the 128bit version ?

bcuz my friend bought a lenovo z510 and to find out it has 64bit version of this gpu

i want to buy asus laptop with i5/6gbram/740m and i am afraid that i'll get the 64bit version that has 30%+ less performance

http://www.notebookcheck.net usually has a write up on all laptops that are out.....just Google the asus model number and laptop check will have a review stating one way or the oher

this is the laptop i want to buy, the XX.... are different between countries, all i know that the italian version (XX225has 64bit , this discouraged me a lot
