Nvidia 61.77 forceware controll panel menus changed/missing?

Just installed my 5950 ultra with the new nvidia 61.77 and noticed a few of the menus are missing. Where it says Performance and Quality Settings it use to have separate tabs for OpenGL and Direct 3D, it looks as if they have been combined but then again I cant see all of the settings and how do you know which setting affects each api?
 
Also can people post some recommened settings for this card, iam also using the latest riva tuner.

Also what kind of 3dmark 2001/2003 scores should be possible when used in combination with a 875 based mobo, 2.8-->3.6ghz p4 northwoods @ DDR400 memory speeds.
