Nvidia 5900nu with 2.2ns memory?

Cards with 2.2ns memory (400/850) are getting harder to find at a good price. Does anyone know if the BFG 5900 uses 2.2ns memory? Any other choices?
 
Fry's has that BFG for $199.99, even though they say 249.99 on the box, they will ring up correctly at the checkstand.
