NVIDIA 5600 junk?!?!

Got a NVIDIA 5600, slap that puppy in and turn the machine on. It comes up garbeled and slightly visible. I have reseasted the card. Any idea?

You might try it in another machine and see what comes up.

Details on what is "garbled" and "slightly visible" are? Heck, a screen chot would be excellent. :)
