should i, or shouldnt i?

hte stock BFG sink didnt have anything but those pads on the memory (ie, no TIM) and im thinking that this might stop the singular copper plate on the NV5 from transferring heat TO the memory chips. thoughs? im about to take it apart and reseat without TIM, so let me i know if you think thisll make it blow :p

ive had this thing on it for a while already (like, since june '04), just wondering if itll be better for hte memory without TIM

correction: ive had hte GT since june 04. had the NV5 since september
