NV silencer 5 problems, need advice!

My NV silencer 5 worked very well on my overclocked 6800GT for the past year and now it's making funny noises. :mad: The fan becomes VERY loud when i fire up my PC and then it quiets down a bit but still makes this soft clicking noise. I know for a fact that there's something wrong with the fan. Is there anyway i can fix it or should i just go and buy myself another one? Are there any other good aftermarketing cooler that are compatible with the 6800 series?

They have a five year warranty. Best way to fix it = contact Arctic Cooling and get a new one for free.
 
Cleaning it regularly slows that process down quite a bit, but the fans on those cards DO tend to get a touch noisy after extended usage.
