Well my HTPC downloaded and installed this 382.05 driver by itself ( Thx Windows 10 :inpain: ) but its only got a lowly GTX750 in it right now which doesn't get a whole lot of ppd anyways so I thot I'd just check it out before rolling back or anything. While going into 3D settings / global to change to prefer max performance, etc. I noticed a new setting "optimize for compute" and seeing as how I mostly use this machine to stream music and browse the web with coffee in the morning from the comfort of my couch I enabled it to "on". Now its moved on to other WU's obviously so its not an apples to apples comparo but it seems to be averaging approx 8-11% higher ppd on last few WU's. Not sure if this will carry over to high level cards but might be useful for 1050 folders who have to use the newer drivers.
