Nu Tech DDW-081 Issues: help pls!

Okay so my problem is this... i have a Nu Tech DDW-081 DVD burner. I have the B375 firmware version and it has worked perfectly. Yesterday I was trying to install some drivers for a new TV Tuner i got and basically it wouldn't spin up and was giving me a driver error. Saying drivers were corrupt. I'm not sure exactly what I should do so any advice anyone can give would be appreciated.

its not i tried it in a friend's drive and it worked fine. The DVD burner just does not appear period on my computer as a selectable drive... I have a C and D drives (HDDs) and then a G drive which is my zip drive. Normally my dvd burner is the E drive, but for some reason it's just not showing up in the list of devices i have... (F and H go to Alcohol 120% and Daemon Tools which btw are not showing up either...)
