I use it, but I'm not even really sure if the overclocking features even work for anything but the video card...

I'm the first person to say it sucks? really...

yeah, hard lock central. Terribad program. pretty much all the in-windows overclockers are horrible. Just use bios.

Worst piece of "overclocking" software ever. Ever. It wouldn't be that bad for monitoring things (and the idea of being able to set all BIOS options from within Windows is nice and all)... only it causes crashes and issues just by being installed. As in, not even running.

No thanks.

QFT...

I had nothing but trouble with Ntune....major crashes, major BSOD's, major lock ups.....

Unfortunately, this was on a new build, so it took me a bit to figure out what it was..but I found it.

I still have nightmares to this day about that program......

Who nows though, maybe it will be OK for you..:D

Yeah, ntune is pretty bad. If NV had put some more effort in to make it stable we would be singing it's praises. Again, it would be an awesome, must have peice of oc software for Nforce motherboards if only it were stable.

I only use ntune to access my gpu settings and to look at my motherboard settings, but it has never given me any problems since late 2005 on the same set up. Seems like a decent program to me.

suck is too nice.
coolbits was ok.
the new really comprehensive ntune is honestly the worst thing I can think of, nothing but unstable.

For the GPU I use RivaTuner (which was recommended by nvidia when I wrote them complaining about ntune) and if I want to overclock the cpu or memory I go into the BIOS.

I've used nTune to OC my video card before, and it worked fine. I honestly haven't had any problems with it, although I don't use it much (then again, I don't use riva tuner or ati tool much either)

i love it

nTune does exactly what i need it to do. i am running a 8800GTX and dual-display LCDs, and occasionally my 19" CRT for Crysis. i still like nTune better than CCC with my 2900xt Crossfire, although CCC has nearly caught up with the nVidia CP in its features and ease of use. However, if you want to do specific things, like set shader clocks or tweak your OC, you might want to use another program instead.

Frankly. i am finding the independent 'nhancer' to be an awesome tool for nVidia graphics especially for making game profiles.

ntune is ass, I'm still using rivatuner (don't own an nForce board).

not aying I love it (well, I actually did) but It does have a lot of neat features, works great with my board and makes vid card OC easy enough. So ya, its good enough to stay on my rig
