ntfs partition errors

I'm running XP, I have a 60gb maxtor as my primary drive. It holds the windows partition and two other partitions. The entire drive is using NTFS. I went through a complicated driver issue, and somehow windows no longer recognizes one of the partitions. The windows/primary partition is fine, and one of the secondary partitions is fine. But the other secondary partition is not recognized in Windows. Partition Magic Pro can see it, but when I used it to check for errors it says "internal file number does not match position." I can't run chkdsk or anything like that, because windows wont even see the partition. I used Knoppix, and I can see the partition fine, with all the data, but for some reason can't transfer files over to any other drives.

Any ideas for how to fix this?
