If you wana put up some serious points you could look into upgrading the backup rig with some GTX 460s (or similar). GPUs are going to be changing soon. Keep an eye out.... but don't do anything yet.

Well....

AMD is horrid at current for GPU folding.

If you want to get into some of the GPU goodness NV is the only way to go.

My suggestion was to use the back up rig for GPU folding so you can keep the nice ATI/AMD card in the main rig and game with it and not worry about folding with it.

Welcome. just brought my 1090T X6 back online as a server upgrade. hexes fold OK, getting 12-15K ppd out of it currently. The more the merrier, glad you joined team 33 !
