In the past few weeks this forum has been taking up a large chunk of Administrator time. The blatent trolling, petty spats, name calling and personal attacks will stop one way or another.
To be completely clear - you guys can debate or even argue the facts all you want; no one wants that to stop. But, when it comes to personal insults or obvious trolling, things will be addressed.
From this point forward any member who disregards this notice will receive and AUTOMATIC BAN for 3 days....repeating the offense will not be a good career move.
This will be the only warning you will receive, so don't come crying when you are banned for disrespectful actions.
This is General Forum Rule #1....read it, learn it, and live by it.:

(1) Absolutely NO FLAMING, NAME CALLING OR PERSONAL ATTACKS. Mutual respect and civilized conversation is the required norm.
