Ok, I finally got this stupid machien working (Needed a bios update for the CPU) and now I'm trying to OC it.

I'm running:
CPU = A64 3200 90nm W/ Thermaltake Venus 12 & AS-5.
MB = Abit AV8 3Rd eye
VC = GF 6800.
RAM = Corsair TwinMX 2700LLPT.

So far I've tested a stable (So it seems) OC from 2.0GHz to 2.3. I ran Sandra's burn in utility for about 3 hours on Arthimatic and Multimedia CPU benchmarks with no problems, and my temps never exceeeded 47C. My CPU Voltage is 1.65. The RAM is running at 191MHz. I ran memtest for about 2 hours or so as well with no errors.
I can OC the card to 370/775 with no probs. The AGP/PCI is locked at 66/33.

Problem is, is that I can run benchmarks with the CPU at stock speeds with the card overclocked. But as soon as I OC the CPU, past 2100 even with the card at default speeds, the benchmarks refuse to run. I've adjusted the DDR voltage, NB and SB, and anything in between. I've got the most current BIOS and drivers on a fresh Windows install. Any ideas on what may be causing this? Anything in the BIOS that I can tweak?
