The warranty on my M1330 has expired and its running hot again, so Im looking to get a cooling pad. I did a bit of research and the Cooler Master products seem to be highly reviewed and decently priced. Some models in particular that caught my eye are the X-Slim, the U1, and the X2.
Ive never used a cooling pad before so am looking for feedback from those of you who have. Would you recommend one of the models I listed, or are there better alternatives out there? As Im sure many of you are aware, the M1330 is infamous for running extremely hot so I want to make sure I get something powerful enough for the job.
Considering the large number of positive reviews for the lower-priced models, I didnt really look at the more expensive options much (I did look at the Zalman NC1000 some, but it is currently out of stock at Amazon where I get free 2-day shipping and Im hoping to order something tonight or tomorrow.). If there is a major increase in quality, though, I may consider paying more.
