I just bought a:
http://www.colorcases.com/powersupply/400wattraidmax.htm
I got it for 30 bucks.

My system powered on fine for 3 or so months and then developed a prob. After the system has been off for a day at work, I come home and hit the power button. The system turns on, but doesn’t go through post. A simple resent button then makes it go through post. Another month goes by and the reset won’t do it anymore. Now it takes a full power cycle to go through post.

Is this the power supply?

well, it could be the power supply, it also could be a mobo or a stick of ram. I would try to eliminate as many possibilities as i could

a stick of ram can cause lots of weird problems. Try the psu first if you have an extra laying around. I just don't want to say its the psu when it could be many other things.
