Not getting any video

I just built an athlon 64 3500+ system with a radeon 9200 (yes i know it sucks but anyway) and when i turn it on i get nothing on the monitor. I know the card works because it came out of an old system i had and worked fine yesterday but today it wont display anything in the new system. running on a 420w power supply and i really dont know what is the matter. can anyone help me?
