Not getting all reply notification emails

I have noticed that since the crashes of the last few weeks or so that I no longer receive an email notification to replies in subscribed threads. Is it some db error or settings that was changed or is something else broke now?
 
There has been an across the board problem with email notifications, both for notification of subscribed threads and for new registrations. The problem is being looked into, but is difficult to track down because of the sporadic nature of the outages. Best I can tell you at this point. :)
