Nothings appearing on my monitor.
Just built a new computer, and I plug the monitor into the computer, nothing appears on it.
The computer runs...
I have a 9550 se radeon plugged into the agp slot...
i guess i'll try again.
Any helppppp?
my monitor works on my other computer just fine.

I had a similar problem... It was either dust or shit in the AGP slot or on the card connecton strip type thing OR the card was not properly Seated...... Probs no help but achh well gotta try

you can try pulling the card out all together and see if it beeps. if it does then at least you know the system is working ok cuz it beeps. if it doesnt there may be something else wrong. also if you have another PC you can the try the card I would do that as well.

reseat everything, unplug any card that doesnt need to be plugged in. Unplug all ables but the mouse keyboard and video. Also try clearing the CMOS. Ive seen stupid things stop a computer from posting up.

No beeping sound at all.
Im goijng to try to take out everything, and put it back in.

disconnect everything and remove all cards. only have cpu, ram and video. see if you can find the bios then . If so , slowly start adding equipment again. like the HDD, and then cdrom or whatever. find out when it dies if this works. Try another PSU if you need to .
