not enough space to plugin 19-pin USB 3 Header

I don't have enough space to plug the cable from the front panel of the case to the 19-pin USB 3 Header on the motherboard. The cable has to be bent very sharply because the hard disk cage is in the way. I am concerned about this because it puts a lot of force on the cable and the motherboard, I am concerned that these could be damaged.

Is it possible to get a 90 degree adaptor for 19-pin USB 3 Headers? Or is there some other way round the problem (without doing any mods)?
