I have an Antec TrueBlue 350w power supply in an older computer. Should it be enough to run a basic Athlon XP 3200+ system with an AGP Nvidia 6800gt?

System has no other PCI cards, a CDRW drive, 1 gig of ram and a hard drive.

The reason I ask is when I bought the 6800gt it came with a 650w PS. I put this system back together just like it was a couple weeks ago only missing a few drives and a gig of ram and using the old 350w PS. Before I can get very far into the windows set up it shuts down and there is a siren from the motherboard until I disconnect the power.
