Not as easy as i thought: RAID 10 array

I understand what it is and how it works, 2 raid 1 arrays striped...but i'll be damned if i can get these two raid 1 arrays striped on this LSI MegaRAID 320-1. Can someone shed some light on this? I'm lost..i have a few ideas still but i've been working with it for a few hours and can't get anything =/
 
Boy sometimes i sure am st00pid, it's a raid 1 array spanned...

Edit: Not to mention it's a whole hell of a lot faster on a rebuild than a raid 5 array. It's been i think like 10 mins roughly and it's 52% done. Where as on a 5 array you would be at oh lets say 2-5% hehe.
