Norton Interent Security which I have had little problems witrh in the past recently screwed me over. It doesnt boot at start up and wont let me start the auto protect as it says i am not a supervisor but I didnt install accounts. Thus I can't uninstall as i dont have permission also i cannot reinstall as i have permission. I'm stuck without a firewall and also no anti virus. Any ideas? Also is there any better firewalls?

I would suggest doing another type virus scan first, online or what ever. When Klez came out it was known to do the same thing as you are describing.

Scanned with the symantec Klez removal tool, but no it never found anything. Any ideas?

Don't you mean what in the world? Any way how does that help me at all. Doesn't matter i moved the norton folder to a temp directory then it let me uninstall it, i replced the folder to its correct place when the uninstall started.
