Maybe your M/B is not detected fully by the program.
I see 6 out of 8 voltages, 2 system temps, 2 sys fans, core temps along with GPU and HD temps.

Someone correct me im wrong but i havent seen any i7 run at or over 4ghz stable with less than 1.35 vcore

The last one I had did - 1.296V, 19x211=4009. I think the hardware monitor on the motherboard lied though, based on the temperatures it was running. The same chip in a different board needed over 1.35V and didn't quite hit 4GHz.

well calling it stable is debatable, but it's stable enough to fold. take a look:

yeah it's crashed a couple times today. each time i upped the voltage just a tad. it has been stable most of the day though

Yes, it's possible. Both of my 920's run at 4 Ghz and the VCore is only 1.275 on them.
