Northbride Fried?

After a multitude of problems, including a fried vidcard, a cpu with broken pins and a dead Northbridge fan I got a new cpu, a new vidcard and put some generic passive cooler on the NB.

The vidcard was fixed, but after a few second in Windows I get a BSOD saying "an attempt was made to execute nonexecutable memory" and a reboot.

I checked heat in the BIOS and it showed 37 on the cpu and 32 in the case (it's a hot case). Is this problem possibly a damaged NB chip? The passive cooler didn't fit very tightly so I took it off and put the stock fan cooler back on, but the fan is dead.

Anyone have ideas? Thanks.

Sounds like a ram problem to me, you try shuffling them out? like put them in different slots?
