normal GPU temp for 6800?

i just noticed in my nvidia control panel for my evga 6800gt there is a temp monitor and its reading my GPU temp as 62C is this an ok temp for my video card or is it to high? :confused:
 
That's fine, some are higher, some are lower. 62 idle is on the high side, but not a problem.
 
When I overclocked mine the temp actually went down.

The fan decided to do its stuff after I overclocked.
