Is this a normal score for Crucial MX100 256GB version

Yes the 256gb version does 550mb/330mb your numbers are pretty accurate.
By the way I have an MX100 256gb as well. I was surprised at first and had to research, I confused it with the 512gb which has much better write speeds. I am very pleased with the SSD though.
