I recently purchased the Norco RPC-2008, but cannot figure out how to mount a hard drive on top of the hot swap drive like in their picture.

I do not have an enclosure like they do there. It is just two flat pieces of metal.
 
Ok, so I figured out how to mount the drive (just had to find smaller screws), but now I need to find a PSU that fits.
