Luckily, I snagged a pair a month ago. Prices for these things are climbing on Newegg for these babies ($300 something now compared to the $280 I paid just before Christmas for the 1 GB pair).
 
Traditionally, this is the time of year RAM prices are at their peak. They should start dropping any week now I believe. I'm not sure about the Mushkin though.
