Nooby question about case/motherboard compatibility

Ok, so i have a motherboard that is micro atx. Im looking for a case for it. I notice some cases take "standard atx" and some take just "atx". Is there a difference between these two? Bascially what i want to know is if the case takes atx mobos such as This one will it support my micro atx motherboard?
 
Most ATX cases will also accept mATX boards - also called Micro ATX or uATX. There are few that won't.
