I currently have a 1TB HDD in my gaming rig. I just picked up a 120GB OCZ SSD from NewEgg, and I would like to move Win 7 over to the SSD. What is the *best* way to do this cleanly, without leaving traces of the old install on the HDD, driver conflicts, etc? I assume I have to completely reinstall Win 7 on the SSD, but how do I wipe the HDD without losing my files?
Sorry this is a noob question, but in tinkering with computers for the last five years I have never changed primary drives.
