Hey guys, cane someone please answer this question for me.
I'm about to invest in a 21" monitor, probably widescreen. I like the Samsung 215TW. My main use is Internet surfing and gaming. I want a widescreen monitor, so I'm willing to take suggestions.
Anyway, I play a ton of BF2 and I'm looking forward to BF2142, both of which don't support widescreen gaming. SO, my question is this:
Can I use a 1024x1280 or 1600x1200 resolution on a widescreen? In other words, would the sides just have black bars on the sides, or would it stretch the image across the entire screen. I want a widescreen, but I don't want a stretched image on the games that don't natively support widescreen like BF2.
Thanks,
Axon77
