Noobie Memory question, Will Memory clock right

If I have 4 gigs of OCZ Performance memory (DDR400) and a 3.2 Prescott and an Intel 865 Chipset Mobo, will the memory clock at DDR400 or will it clock lower at DDR333. Thanks for the input. :) :confused:
 
Even if the board says it will support 4, but even if it shows only 3.25, it will use all 4 gbs right. Thanks for the fast input.
