noobie HDD question!

my first build (gaming rig) i got my HDD from NCIX, Seagate Barracuda 250 GB, heres link : http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=13631&vpn=ST3250823AS&manufacture=Seagate&promoid=1046
i took the HDD out of the package thingi and isnt there supposed to be a cover for like the circuitry and stuff

i was surprised the first time when i saw my hdd like that but its normal :p
 
Only a few Seagate models have a PCB cover. I don't believe any of the SATA models have that. So no worries.
