I'm sure this has been posted before, but I could not find it after 1 hour of searching.

At what point will I go from Noobie to whatever comes next? Maybe vain, but I don't spam post and was curious.

The name changes according to posts based pretty much like this:

when you hit 64 your name will change
then it goes like:
128
256 - Not sure about that one.
512
1024
2048
4096
8192
and i think it stops after that, and you can throw a custom in at the next stop. I'm not 100% sure about that, but i think that is the way it goes. It is just a label anyway, only fools with an Ego care about that crap.:D

256 was deleted. Your a limp gawd at 128. And a gawd at 512.

I lost track of my post count a long time ago. Didn't seem to really matter. Plus, i lost a huge ammount when the old genmay went away. New genmay seems to be coming along nicely, though, so i am teh happy. :)

Actually, no one lost postcount when the old genmay went away. It was ported over even though the posts themselves were deleted. ;)
 
Yeah, postcount is a freely editable variable in VB3 that increments every time you press "Submit Reply". Unfortunately, by default, it is limited to 65535 posts.:p

Well what kind of nonsense is that? I feel so cheated, I'd feel even more cheated had I have been able to remember.:p As much as everybody tries to admit that they hate titles/labels, and that they mean nothing, everybody wants to get away from that "cheeze" label as quickly as they can.:p
 
16384 (to get title) - 117 (my current number of posts) = 16267 (posts i need)
16267 (posts i need) / 3.34 (current post per day rate) = 4870 (days till i get to pick title)
4870 (days till i get to pick title) / 365 (days in a year) = 13.3 YEARS!!!!! till i can pick my own title!!!!

I think the title system is good as long as people dont spam posts to get titles

He was a clueless, insensitive and many times very rude spammer from the old GenMay days here. He posted at the rate of about 100 posts per day, usually something like 'seek help' or 'kill yourself' as the entire message. He was banned for every reason in the book :p

I still speak with him, and he insists that all of his posts were on topic and insightful :rolleyes:

But it sure was fun trying to weed out his dupe accounts after the ban.
