Noob to cooling methods

Would it be smart to have my top side and front fan all blowing in air and then have a rear fan as an exhaust blowing out? Thanks for any experienced replies.
 
Well usually top and back fans are used to exhaust air and front and side(if present) fans are used to intake air. Hot air rises so it is best to use top as an exhaust.
