My room gets pretty hot with no a/c and basically being a box with the door closed. The desk doesn't allow much air to get to the computer either. Plus, I'm running it on stock fans and nothing added.

1. Saying I want to keep my two fans (one in the window, one on top), where/how else can I add fans? I've seen people make a hole on the other side of the case, just behind the motherboard and mount an external fan, but i'm not too fond of that idea.

2. The big space just below the power supply, what's that for? can a bigger fan go there or what?

3. Is the heatsink fan the fan that covers the cpu? I have a AMD Barton 3200+ on a ASUS A7N8X-E mobo. What kind of fan would I be looking for that? I was at fry's today and I think it's a 462 pin right?

4. What's a blowhole? lol, don't get smart with me on this one....

5. How accurate are lcd displays that are on the front of some cases like man? Mine's coming in at 120F (44-45C) and it's almost 11 at night.

1 and 2: What kind of case do you have?

3: A Heatsink/Fan refers to the Heatsink and the fan on the processor. And yes, you want one for a socket A or 462 chip.

4: A Blowhole generally refers to an exhaust fan on the top of your case. Sounds like you already have one?

5: If the temperature sensor was installed properly, then it should be pretty accurate. Those numbers sound reasonable, about what my T-Bred is running at, although I don't know what kind of cooling you have on the chip right now.
 
To the first two questions: Your case can fit two more 80mm fans in the back underneath the power supply, and one infront of your internal 3.5" bays.

And yeah, if I were you I would get something better than the stock heatsink/fan and a new power supply (I'm assuming you're using the one that comes with the case).

1. Doesn't look like you can add fans other than what will be on your components. You can mod the PSU to have a fan on the botton I'm sure.

2. The motherboard tray has those holes more than likely for you to hide your wires.

So in theory I could put 2 or 3 of these fans^^^ in there.

I also want some controllers, but i know nothing about those yet so I'll worry about that later...

Yeah, looks like your case has room for 3 more 80mm fans.
