Most modern mobos have a 333 (ASUS) or 4:3 option (Abit).

Of course, you are crippling your dear 3.2, so get some more RAM!

i got my ddr333 for 200 6 months ago, corsair gaming rams r soo expensive. i dunno if i want 2 fork out another 200 for ddr400 :( what ram wud u guys suggest me buying? and what do u mean by crippling my 3.2?

is it possible 2 overclock my ram? it suppose 2 b overclockable.....

By "crippled," he means that the CPU is demanding more memory bandwidth than the memory can provide. In real-life applications, the performance hit is not nearly as bad as it sounds--5-10% max.

Yes, you can overclock your memory. Try setting the FSB:RAM ratio to 1:1 and see if your computer boots up and runs everything stable. If it does, then you just overclocked your RAM to DDR 400 speeds.

o ok i heard that the abit mobos r overclocked by ratio, im a noob at overclocking but i have been reading a good amount about it.. i heard that the DFI lanparty pro is one of the best for overclocking, does all mobo's overclock into ratio of 1:1?? what am i looking for if i wanted 2 do that in bios?

1:1 is the default ratio on most, if not all boards. It's what you would get even if you didn't have a board intended for overclockers. So if you are running your 3.2C setup with that RAM, it might already be overclocked...
