it should as long as its LGA775 there should be no issues. just get a p4 dont bother with a celeron as they are crap cpus. all the computer shops here simply dont sell them no more as the p4 is so cheap now. you can always check the manual or go to asus website and have a look see for yourself if you like. the only concern i would really have is can that board support c2d. and the proc u want to get , check intels website too. i beleive they all handle an fsb of 800 anyway.
