Non-system disk/disk error

i was having errors with my computer when ever i open a program i get memory dump screen or encoutered a problem and he was going to load up from my flobby to dos prompt but non-system disk/disk error appeared everytime i dont know what to do now i set flobb to 1st pri. btw im new to this computer stuff please help
 
Is there a floppy disk in your disk drive? If so, remove it and then boot.

As for your memory dump issues we'll need to know more info about your system.

Sounds like your boot disk isn't being recognized. Did you create it yourself? You might try booting to your Windows XP CD (make sure to set the CD boot priority before the hard disk) and running the "repair installation" option.
