I have an m-audio revolution...

i can just buy a new receiver, floor speakers, center speaker, rear speakers and a sub, and output thorugh my digital out to the receiver right?

is there anything else i would need?

please reccomend me a set up sub 1000. Thanks

Yes, but as we have said a thousand times........... you will only get two channel sound in games via the digital out (unless you use pro logic or pro logic 2 (which both sound like crap to me)). :)

Make sure the reciver you buy has discreet analog inputs..... then you will need three stereo minijack to RCA patch cables so you can use the analog outputs on your card. :)
